This is a goodbye to all my followers as on the 25th of February 2012, I finally lost my battle with cancer.
We regret to inform Emma’s followers that she sadly passed away on the 25th February 2012 as it says in the R.I.P post. For the last three months she had been in and out of hospital and not just for chemotherapy. She fought this disease every step of the way never losing her positivity.
She passed away listening to one of her favourite bands, Queen, and their song The Show Must Go On; ironically this song was picked, by Emma, as one of the songs for her funeral.
We know she would want to thank you all for following and reading her blog, for making her smile when she was unable to get out and about as she would’ve liked.
We all wish that things could’ve been different, that we hadn’t lost our beloved sister, daughter and friend. Emma will forever live on in our hearts and thoughts, we all have fond memories of her and her ridiculous and sometimes zany sense of humour. So much potential and so little time…
There’s one more star in the sky.
- 4-Star Hotel, Park Plaza, view of the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, single joined to en-suite twin room. Would normally cost around £300. :O
- All travel expenses paid!
- I’m paying for the pre-show meal…Which is my treat to mum and Amy.
- Hotel room fully modcon, with a mini-bar. Oh yes.
- Seeing Shrek the Musical.
- 2 half days in London…So many photos will be taken, hotel, the view, any activities we do, lunch, it’s not even funny.
- Will be aiming to fill at least half my photography album with this shizz :)
- And all this will be happening early March. So quite soon!

All my London themed stuff from Accessorize, for my special weekend away :) And all my New Look stuff :P So I have a more clothes, and if I’m well enough, will be wearing it Saturday for the movie afternoon with friends, which if I’m feeling okay, should be epic!
Was feeling a bit rough today, so it’s another pyjama day until chemo tomorrow, trying not to tire myself out too much, want to be nice and healthy (well, as healthy as I can be :P, given my circumstances) so I can recieve it without problems.
And the puppy finally realised one of her dreams today and got to sit on my lap. Bless her, she’s so gentle with me.
Brother and sister been very helpful today, helping me pack up the rubbish and getting the last of my stuff moved upstairs.
Having my area around me being vaguely tidied also makes me feel better, I’m kinda weird like that.
Ah well, c’est la vie.
And that’s my little ramble over and done with.

I really cannot be arsed to move from my pink themed meal of strawberry milkshake and chocolates that I am sharing with my fam jam. However, my nibble box as arrived, so we have healthy food too now. And it may mean we stop pigging out on the chocolates for a while….
